The Poniente flat is completely independent with its own exit to the street, although it has balconies to the central courtyard. It is very spacious and comfortable and is very tastefully decorated. It has a large living room with two separate areas, and also a balcony overlooking the courtyard and a window to the street. The spacious kitchen is independent, well equipped and with a dining table and a window with beautiful views of the sea and the African coast.
It is perfect for family with children or friends as it has two good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and large en-suite bathroom. There is another independent large bathroom. Both bathrooms with magnificent showers. There is a sofa-bed in the living room, as well.
